workshop series: excells
After several editions of the excel is not a landscape workshop, we have heard your requests for more Excel exchange and can finally fulfil them. We have developed a three-part online event series excells for anyone who wants to use Excel at all or wants more Excel: excells.
The three events are aimed at producers in the independent performing arts and at different levels of experience in using Excel. The online events will be moderated by martin bien.

In the four-hour, practice-orientated workshop, all participants are invited to work together on the following question: How can my administration system (e. g. document entry, budget monitoring, usage) respond to as many needs and mapping requirements as possible? All participants work together in and with a template and develop it further according to individual needs.

Based on a fictitious artists' collective and several sample productions within a calendar year, the participants will develop a budget monitoring template consisting of several cost and financing plans, but only one central document entry. The workshop will result in a budget monitoring system that can be helpful for producers to support collectives and individual artists with several projects.

The joint working session excel is a life (or at least a style) is more of an exchange platform for Excel nerds than a well-paced workshop. In this open format, we share individual problems and challenges that still concern us despite our knowledge of Excel. All participants are available to help each other in a mutual exchange.
