Participants will be accommodated in the Hotel Super 8 by Wyndham.

There are three rooms on the first floor of Villa Wigman: two rehearsal rooms, a large spacious hall and a small conference room on the upper floor with carpet. There are three steps to climb to get into the building. The working group is looking into renting a ramp if needed. There is a handicapped accessible restroom. The upper floor is not accessible by wheelchair. There is a fairly steep staircase to climb. The stairs have a railing.

Participants will be accommodated at the Super 8 by Wyndham hotel. The hotel states that it has a barrier-free main entrance and that staff are trained in serving guests with disabilities.
The big network meeting will take place at Villa Wigman in Dresden. Participants will be accommodated in the Hotel Super 8 by Wyndham.
By tram line 11, the journey between the hotel and Villa Wigman takes 17 minutes, with 250 to 280m to the stop each way. The service runs every 10 minutes.
The walk from the main train station to the hotel takes about 15 to 20 minutes by public transportation and includes about 5 to 8 minutes of walking depending on the connection.
There will be beanbags that participants can use.
The big network meeting will be attended by up to 100 people, some of whom will gather together in the large room during the program, and others who will be spread out over several rooms.
The big network meeting will be held primarily in German spoken language. There will be the possibility of whispered translations. Further possibilities of translation, e. g. in DGS, will be examined by the working group if necessary. The program will take place mainly in the Villa Wigman. There will be a scene tour for which participants will move through the city and to various locations. This program item is optional. We will try to publish the final program as early as possible.
