Many people ask themselves whether and when a change to self-employment as a production manager is worthwhile and, above all, how best to go about it without running into legal or other pitfalls.
The third edition of our series werkzeug & austausch is aimed at everyone who is self-employed as a producer or wants to become one.
On the one hand, there will be input from attorney Sonja Laaser followed by a Q&A session. The focus here is on start-up issues relating to sole proprietorship, GbRs and GmbH/gGmbHs.
On the other hand, we have invited various colleagues who will tell us about their experiences as a collective/GmbH/office partnership: How did their merger come about? What helped them, what didn't? What are the advantages of working together? What are the models of collaboration? What legal forms have they chosen?
