Nilüfer Kemper

Nilüfer Kemper was born in Turkey, grew up in the Ruhr area and lives in Dortmund. She is a cultural manager, producer, networker and consultant since the early 1990s. She specialises in management and strategy development as well as project and financial management for independent institutions and performing arts projects. She has worked for the Theater im Depot Dortmund, the Faculty of Art at TU Dortmund University, the tanzhaus nrw, the Landesarbeitsgemeinschaft Tanz NRW, the Landesbüro freie Darstellende Künste NRW, the FAVORITEN festival and for the groups/collectives artscenico, 4.D and deufert&plischke. As a networker and cultural-political actor, she is a board member of the Dortmund dance and theatre network .dott and was a long-standing board member of the Landesbüro Freie Darstellende Künste NRW.
