To all producers everywhere: produktionsbande & the jour fixe need you and all of us! Let's discuss, deliberate & decide on the future of produktionsbande together!

The jour fixe is a regular online meeting of active members of produktionsbande and at the same time the central decision-making body within the network. It takes place every fortnight, always on Wednesdays for two hours. Anyone at produktionsbande can attend the jour fixe. Participants discuss topics brought up by network activists and working groups.

This special jour fixe invites all produktionsbande active members, accomplices, friends, associates and supporters from the broad spectrum of production practice to come together with many voices and from all the heterogeneous perspectives on production and networking.

Active members of the what's next working group have developed various drafts, plans and variants to keep the network alive from 2026 without funding. 

The aim of this special future (jour) fixe is to decide with as many people as possible which of these drafts should shape and enable our future work! 

Joint forces: In order to maintain the network and jointly implement the strategies for its continued existence, we all need our joint production capabilities. To this end, we will present our strategic plans to you at this meeting and look forward to working with everyone who is interested in keeping produktionsbande alive and shaping its practical implementation.

11:00 - 11:30 | onboarding: participation optional
For all those who do not yet know produktionsbande and/or have not yet participated in a jour fixe, we will give an overview of how the work in and with produktionsbande is structured. We also provide insights into how we reach decisions within our network. Both the knowledge about the network work and the way decisions are made at produktionsbande serves as direct preparation for the special jour fixe.

In this slot you can recover from the onboarding input or/and talk to other produktionsbande interested and active people.

12:00 - 14:00 | special jour fixe: participation mandatory
In this special jour fixe, representatives of the what's next working group will give insights into their thoughts on how produktionsbande can structure its work even without funding from 2026. Together with all those present, we not only want to define our motivation for our network work from 2026, but also clarify who can and wants to actively participate in this work.
