krass&krasser is a Berlin-based cultural office founded in 2022 by Franziska Bald, Ann-Kristin Meivers and Luca Sonnen. We accompany individual artists, temporary collectives, GbRs, associations, festivals and conferences in the conception, preparation, implementation and accounting of their projects. Each of us has specialised in different areas of project management over the past few years.

krass&krasser combines the entire range of project management under one roof: concept development, press and public relations, funding application management, production management and organisation, scheduling, editing, dramaturgy.

We hold workshops and lectures, provide strategic and conceptual advice. We have a broad network that leaves no discipline out. In permanent cooperation, we work together for the initiative and conference BURNING ISSUES - performing arts & equality, of which we have been permanent team members since the first edition in 2018, and the PHOENIX Theatre Festival, which took place in Erfurt for the second time in 2022.

krass&krasser is culturally and politically committed to improving working conditions in the independent performing arts and stands for fair and collegial cooperation. The spirit of team cohesion is the principle of our work. We are the interface between art and organisation. We want to contribute to giving production managers a new self-awareness as an indispensable and representative part of the artistic process.
